1965 Ford Econoline. I hate to relinquish this guy, but I'm moving and will have no place to store it or work on it. It still needs some work, but can be driven while you work on it. Almost all of the hard work, fabrication, and upgrades have been done. What's left is some body work, and I have most of the parts needed for that. I took it drag racing a few years ago and realized the limitations of the "econo" part of "Econoline", so it now has a heavily reinforced frame, heavy duty springs, and driveshaft. I can help arrange a trailer & driver for delivery if not too far away The Bad & The Ugly It's not done, but could easily be driven while you finish it The rockers (below front doors) are rusty, but I have rust-free replacements (inner & outer) for both sides. The tubs below the front seats need repairs, but I have replacements The front floor needs a few minor patches. The middle is in good shape, and patching by the rear doors was started, but needs to be finished. The lower panels were replaced by a previous owner and smoothed with Bondo, so not ideal, but the metal is good (you can see it in the interior photos) The rear doors need to be aligned The new rear panel is only partially installed The custom dual exhaust interferes with the relocated spring perches. There are several ways to remedy this, all of them very easy. Also due to the spring relocation/tubs the gas tank filler has some interference. Again, there are several easy ways to correct this and 2 new tanks are included to broaden your options. It needs a bath More photos here, some are from a few years ago. Price dropped to $4000. I fixed the exhaust, and will have it drivable again this weekend. Needs to be gone before October.
It's on ebay now, but still "for sale locally". Here are some videos of it running and driving from this weekend. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCX8LGCBBKOAQmQhZzcFay-A All that's left is cosmetic work.
