why's that, is there something we don't know? if it's the 64 and earlier 'cut-off', that applies in the classifieds. the main page is a little more lenient...

    (awesome project btw!)

  12. I too, own a A 990 car, an orig, unmolested W051 Dodge, shipped from Lynch Road on 6 Mar 65 to S L Savage in Seattle. Have owned since 74, A friend of mine in Anchorage AK bought it new so I know the history of the car. Its body in white. Here is a current pic taken about a week ago. Still with the 1974 logos from the last time it was raced, Memorial day 74. Dave

Working on trying to get me a clone 64 or 65 A-990 next.

  15. If you need trim repair, grill straightened or conversion of grill to single headlights look up Bill's Special T's in Prospect Heights Illinois. My friends father has been in early B-body stuff for years and does work for well known Mopar resto shops.

I believe he meant "A-100 seats" and to my recollection, that is what was used. My brother has an unmolested 65 Plymouth A-990 that he has owned since 1966 when he returned from Viet Nam.

    Nice car DaveyDuce-

On this car there's a lot of small things that were done that will probably be missed unless you know what you're looking for. The radiator support around the opening was widened some to allow more air to pass thru to the radiator itself. Also the tie in under the car is pretty slick too using some hat channel fitted in there along with strengthened spring pockets due to the spring location being narrower than stock.

I forgot to say earlier that it will also be fuel infected. Most everything will be hidden so it'll be a little harder to tell that it's not carbureted. Uber stealth-----

Holy hidden fuel delivery batman! You should run carbs and have the trickest hidden nitrous assembly known to man. I like the fact that you are looking OEM and putting some modern touches on it. I think that is the essence of hot rodding and you are doing an outstanding job.

  25. I'm very curious as to what effect the fuel injection will have with the cross-ram at lower RPMs. Should make a supposedly cantankerous intake actually become "streetable". I'm also curious as to what cam you'll be running with the F.I.? That is one cool setup, gotta see the progress on the car-you are now obligated to provide updates, with pics,of course
