1964 Fairlane 500 / Pick-a-Part save!

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Pete Eastwood, Feb 3, 2013.

  1. Motor Trend Car of the Year in 1964, well the entire Ford line was given the Car of the Year Award. Sweet little Fairlane, Pete. Wish I were closer.:)

    Lucky bastard.

Best year for that car, for sure.

I'm sure all the T-bolt-clone guys will be beating your doors down, if I had room for another project I'd throw you an offer but my inclinations are more early-Trans-Am look - a decent brake kit, some Mustang-ish suspension tweaks, 16x8 Vintage 45s and 225/50-16 tires, etc, a moderately built 302 or 331 w/a T5...

    I HATE YOU PETE...

And I say that with the utmost love........:D

    My wagon needs taillights.

I learned the hard way the sets in the first two photos don't fit a 64 Fairlane 500 S/W

Beautiful. I LOVE the interior. Reminds me of a '66 Signet I had.
