I am pumped Winfield will be there and you can't get any better than just having him there but doing what he does best, customizing.

  9. What is the schedule for the chop? Will he be starting Friday or Saturday?

This weekend is going to be so Damn Cool, Can it get much better?

  11. Gene will have a booth in Hall C of the Marsh South Pavilion. Southeast corner of the building.

When he is not working on the car he will man his booth

We are working on the schedule this week.

Right now we are leaning towards only marking the car on Friday night.

Top will come off during the day on Sat. Go back on Sat afternoon.

    Finish up on Sunday afternoon.

CHECK BACK HERE FOR ANY SCHEDULE CHANGES!!!!

That would be interesting! I'm looking forward to seeing all of you guys and the cars that we don't normally get to see here in "Naptown".

man - I wish I could be there this year........I hate that KC and Indy are on the same weekend. Road Rockets always make that one of the best indoor scenes of ALL the shows I get to go to from all over the country.

I couldnt believe that they were expanding even more!
    That is amazing

I am sure it will run smoothly and I hope everyone realizes how special it is that Gene is there.

Planning on being there! It does help that my son lives in Indy and the grandma gets to see the grandkids.:)

  15. I hate it that KC is the same weekend too. El Tiki will be in KC and I have friends in KC to visit but have to stay in Indy :-(...

Our promoter has been so easy to work with and always comes through for us. Most anything we have asked for we have gotten.

While I really liked the parkwood, I LOVED what it had to say on the back glass. I even used it to create my new signature...

Most Traditional Award went to this beautiful 34. Like our roadster it has been in the same family since '53...

We were fortunate enough to take Best Engine award for the Ardun in the Mercury...

Donrodin's Model A was my choice for the Bronson Memorial Award...

Peoples Choice went to Steve Anderson's American Graffiti replica...

There are a TON of photos at the link just below.

Go to the 1962 Indy Motorama folder for most of the cars that were in that portion of the show. Go to the 2010 Indy World of Wheels folder for the cars that were in those rooms (Don't be afraid, there were some really nice rods and customs over there too!)

    Enjoy.
