1962 Ford Falcon in great condition. It has been my daily driver for the last few years. I've been updating it as I went along. The interior is all new and well done. The work I have done includes: Fresh 200 cu Fairlane engine swap-runs well Pertronix Electronic ignition and flame thrower coil New GM alternator Rebuilt carb New fuel lines and tank New brake system (duel reservoir master cylinder and brake lines) Fresh 3-speed manual transmission Good tires Completely undercoated and KBS rust protected floor Brand new traditional Tuck and Roll white marine grade vinyl seats and door panels New black carpet Red metal flake and pinstriped dash Red metal flake superior steering wheel Custom grill and front bumper The body is in good shape and hasn't had any work done at all-NO BONDO The paint is 98% original and looks really good The cars main problem is the worn out column shift linkage. Over time it prematurely damaged the previous transmission in the car. I have now replaced the transmission with a fresh one and I have not driven the car with the worn linkage since the swap. I bought a Hurst indy 3-speed floor shifter but never got around to installing it. The shifter comes with the car and should be an easy swap to make. The car comes with lots of parts including extra taillight lenses, the original grill, the original front bumper and bracketry, an original steering wheel, and a lot of small odds and ends that I have collected.
