Customs 1961 Cadillac convert differences

What is the difference between the 61 Caddy Deville , Eldorado & the Eldorado Baritz converts. Dose any one know what the changes are. I am looking at getting a 61 Deville convert & would like to maybe up grade it to a Baritz
