Traded for this a year ago and have been kinda chipping away on it. Sent my 62 Ford to the body shop and since there was room I rolled this in to clean up the inside and motor.. well I got the 62 back before I got done so I've been trying to get it finished to I can get to the 62 and get it assembled.

Plans were a completely redone interior including repainting it, drop axle/axle flip, new whitewalls, and repair the rusted bed. The motor ran really good, so I've been tidying up the engine compartment and a little rust repair. Cut the whole bed floor out and welded some square tubing in to get it read for a wood bed floor.

  7. I LIKE the seat covers. I use one of those blankets in my Buick to protect the seats. Your idea is better.

Took full advantage of the great 70 degree weather last week. Busted my hump to get the interior rear to paint. Got it finished Friday at about 5:30.

It's been a fun little project that has evolved a bit but in the right ways. Should be a fun little truck when I get done!

Spent the day putting some sound deadener down.... I did the cheap Peel n press from Lowes.

Got a drop cloth and hung it over the cab, turned my little heater on in there and let it soften up and went to town!! It was 38 Degrees when I started, but in side there I was about to sweat!! LOL!
