Projects 1959 Pontiac Peak Molding Clips

Looking for help. I have no clips to go by. Peak molding for Catalina seems to be hard to find. Any new supply? Old examples? Any help appreciated.

Try Restoration Specialties, Jeff was able to dig up lots of clips for my Ford. He has lots of NOS clips at great prices. Page 138 may be close.

go to your local automotive paint store, they usually have all sorts of trim clips.

 

not in austria ;-)

I would look into the 59 Chevy clips. It would make sense for GM to use the same clips on all their brands.

I finally got to pull my trim from storage and found the remnants of one clip. I’ve looked through restoration specialties catalog but can’t find anything like it.

 

I'd send them photo and car info and see what they suggest.
They want to try and help you.
