Just saw your roof/dash in the lace/flake thread. Sweet car! How many hours in the roof?

 

We are doing a frame off resto on a 59 LeSabre at work. I wish the customer would go for a mild custom but he's not that kinda guy. Anyway if you have any good sources for parts, body panel..whatever please let me know. There's a lot of rust and rot (Rockers, rear body mount brackets ..see pics) as well as other stuff to contend with. Doing everything from scatch. Thanks, Jesse

the buick is turning out super badass by the way. let me find a picture of one i saw at midnight mass in sacramento a few years ago

back in 89 i worked in a junkyard i watched a complete 59 like yours get crushed it was kinda funny but sad at the same time funny because the whole day they were stuffing imports and almost new compacts in the crusher it was like there was nothing in it then they got to the buick the bubble top went quick when the crusher got to the tops of the fins it just flattened then alittle and i could swear the crusher was shaking tryin to flatten it never did back then i was mopar or no car if i was smart that buick could of been mine
