So my 1958 Edsel had a very bad trans leak...like a quart would leak out in about 2 minutes of idling. So I put a new front seal in and put it back together and everything works great but it still has a very slow leak that appears to be dripping from the front of the trans. My questions: 1) do the 58's have a seal in the torque converter or a 2 piece converter? 2) where else could one of these trans leak from in the front area of the trans?
