I have a 312 Y-Block V8 pulled from a running 1957 Mercury earlier this year. The guys that pulled it didn't cover it, and it got rained on and water got in a couple cylinders. It will not turn over by hand now, and I haven't pulled the heads to get it unstuck. I bought it as a builder, and I'm selling it as a builder. Has never been apart from all indications, and is worth more parted out than whole. I'll go that route if no one takes the entire long block. Engine is complete from balancer to flywheel, from valley pan to oil pan. No intake or exhaust manifolds, and no valve covers. $650 VIA PayPal (personal payment) or cash & carry.
