1957 F-100 stock radio location

Looking for a picture with dimensions that show the stock round radio in a 1957-60 Ford F-100 dashboard. If someone could provide me with vertical and horizontal dimensions from center of round dial (large radio station tuning dial) to vertical and horizontal reference points (other than radio mounting holes) I would greatly appreciate it.

I would like to install a modified version, which will have AM/FM/USB capabilities. My dash has been butchered up for a modern radio, and frankly it sucks.
