IMG_5803.JPG IMG_5802.JPG IMG_5801.JPG IMG_5836.JPG Got headlights in it, and door handles on it last night, and got the tail lights, fin trim and rear bumper on tonight. Really like the way it's turning out. Can't wait for the 2017 season

  8. Looks awesome Zak can't wait to see it. 2017 is going to be a great season I can't wait either. I hope I don't have any setbacks on my motor so I can make the first race. We plan to make most of the races this year I just ordered a enclosed trailer with a/c and shower so the wife and I can stay at the tracks this year.

Are you going to trim out the windows with stock trim. Rules say they don't want screwed in windows without trim covering screws.

Yeah I'm going to glue the weatherstripping around the edge so it looks stock.

Zak, I see the 427 on your car, are you going to run in C/G or D/G? What is the weight to cube inches for your 55? Do they use actual weight? I hope to run in D/G but with an all steel car and sbc, I doubt I'll be competitive. The 327 in my car was purchased new as a service block in the 60's and installed in the gasser immediately, so I will not swap that out.

Yes they use actual weight and ci if you run faster than the weight break. I'll be in C gas this year I'm changing up a few things, I hope to be pretty competitive.

In any round of the SEG if you run faster than a 5.75 in A, or 6.50 in C, or a 7.25 in D you have to weigh. But as long as you're slower than that you don't have to

IMG_6092.JPG IMG_6091.JPG IMG_6090.JPG IMG_6089.JPG Other than the seats, we've got the interior done! Or as Quain said, the green guts is in it. Outside door handles are on too. All that's left is finishing putting the windows in, and then swapping the shifter, and doing some motor work. Looking to make some more power for C Gas this season!
