Turns over easily by hand, 95% Complete Came out of a low mileage car years ago, might even run as it is....You just never know !!!!! Depending on what you are building, I have other hemi related speed equipment / hot rod parts that can be bought along with the engine, right now, they are NOT for sale on their own....intakes are pictured, I also have tranny adapters for Early Ford 3spd and Later GM 3 or 4 spd Engine is in Minnesota, am not in the position to ship.....sorry
