Technical 1956 Buick Pertronix Question

    Merry Christmas..everybody....Hello I have a question....I was wondering about getting a Pertronix Ignitor 2... I have a 3 wire altetmator conversion, does anybody KNOWS THE PERTRONIX PART NUMBER .....AND ALSO DO YOU USE THE SAME WIRES YOU USE WITH THE POINTS OR DO YOU NEED TO GET NEW WIRES THANKS

    The one thing I am certain of is never use solid core wires with a Pertronics.
    I have had a Pertronics in my '57 Pontiac for over 25 years, so far an excellent unit!
    Their web site has all the answers you probably need, and I have used their tech line for info I couldn't find on their web site.
