Technical 1956 Bendix Treadle-Vac Brake install

    any one have a image or diagram of how the brake booster for a 1956 buick installed.
    mine didnt come with one and i want install the new i have now.

    I'm sorry but I don't have a diagram for you, but I can tell you that I believe there is also a vacuum reserve tank along with the booster. The tank mounts somewhere on the drivers side inner fender.
    I will look and see if I can find a diagram in my old Motors Manuals.

    If your treadle-vac set up is anything like a 56 chevy,and I believe it is, you will need the original pedal set up for power brakes. 56 chevy power brake pedal and manual brake pedal
    linkage are completely different.
