    New custom throttle linkage kit for 1955-1962 Chevy 235/261 motors.

    This linkage kit is designed to fit vehicles that have had Fenton headers & or Fenton dual carb. intake manifolds installed .

    No need to fit, bend & hack up old throttle rods to fit your headers.
    Rod has the proper bends to allow clearance & smooth operation between the block & headers.
    Makes for a nice clean installation & simplifies your speed equipment installation process.


    You get the vertical throttle rod, 2 washers, 2 cotter pins, return spring bracket & the bell crank bracket that fits on the throttle stud on the side of the engine block.


    Every installation is different but you can count on having to drill out the bell crank bracket throttle rod & pedal rod holes the next size up.
    {depending on the size of your linkage}.
    We purposely left the bell crank rod holes just undersized so you can fit the rods to the bell crank bracket with no slop.


    You will more than likely need additional shimming flat washers next to the cotter pins to eliminate any play in the linkages {as needed}.
    You will also need to locate the proper return spring to suit your personal needs with gas pedal response & pedal return.
    You will use your existing gas pedal linkage rod & it may require fitting & or sizing to operate everything smoothly.
