City: Scotts Valley State: California Price: $6,000 USD 1954 Chevy Truck. clean and straight... Almost rust free (found just a couple bubbles in the usual spots)... Original 235ci, supposedly very low mile, was told it has 60,000 original. New water pump, just rebuilt the head, new guides, hardened seats, surfaced, etc. New Carb (still have original). Updated electric wiper motor. Bed is just mocked up and not attached. Paint still looks good, was painted 20+ years ago and just put into storage after (never even buffed out). I have no paper work but this truck was purchased by my dad 30 years ago from a friend who had it sitting for at least 10 years, so safe to say its off the DMV. Truck has basically been stored for the last 40 years except for occasional trips around the property. Runs drives and stops but needs to be gone through. No wiring (except to make run), tires a just rollers, needs breaks gone through, etc. Also have 1966 chevy 12-bolt rear-end, almost perfect set of original gauges and various other parts.
