So I am going to get to the point where I need to replace my two windshields. If I go with a single peice, what do I need to do/get/modify?

Also, I'm putting in discs up front. What 15" wheels work?

14" wheels work with 70s gm calipers and you want an olds windshield iirc.

Yes, 15 inch wheels will work. Any mid/late '70s midsize GM should have 15-inch wheels, as well as the whole run of 1978-199? Impala/Caprice (EXCEPT station wagons, which had the "big" bolt pattern).
To swap the windshield 53sled is saying you'll need different rubber and you'll have to get or make a filler piece to bridge the gap in your stainless trim at the top center where the center divider bar currently covers. Oh, and of course cut out the strip of metal that goes from your cowl to the top of the windshield opening. That's it.
