I'm in the process of building the Flat head 6 cylinder engine. The problem is there is a groove about .010 deep where the seal rides. Is there a way to repair there pulley? Have a safe and happy New Year!
    Thank You

Seal manufacturers like CR and National make thin metal sleeves, sometimes called speedi-sleeves, for this purpose. I have found that they may not be listed by application but rather by size. I got all my stuff for my 48 P15 from Egge.
