Hey Guys, I recently traded for a 51 ford all stock 6 volt flattie etc. The generator was not putting out and I took it to the shop next to us and they gave it the full work over. I heard there was something you had to do to kind of jump start these things after install, or is someone pulling my leg? Thanks for the help (I hope) John

Polarizing - part of the generator gris-gris! It also helps to hold a chicken over it and spin around a few times. But, that's not always necessary!
