Hey Guys, I recently traded for a 51 ford all stock 6 volt flattie etc. The generator was not putting out and I took it to the shop next to us and they gave it the full work over. I heard there was something you had to do to kind of jump start these things after install, or is someone pulling my leg? Thanks for the help (I hope)

Polarizing - part of the generator gris-gris! It also helps to hold a chicken over it and spin around a few times. But, that's not always necessary! :D
