1950 f1 to 2003 s10 ext cab frame??

looking to set my 1950 f1 1/2t on an updated frame. have access to a cheap 2003 s10 extended cab runs and drives .. im trying to look up wheelbases now, but does anyone know if this is gonna be a winner? just looking to do something cheap right now and spend the money on other things
