Technical 1950 Chevy styleline steering

    Has anyone done a rebuild of the steering idler arm assembly ? I found one rebuilt on the filling station website for $150 plus shipping and $100 core . Don't know anything about that company but it seems a little steep .

    You should be able to get a rebuild kit.Not that hard to repair.

    The rebuild kit is only like $40 , but wasn't sure how often that joint needs to reamed kinda like a kingpin . If it's just typically a worn pin and pull apart put back together I'd much rather do that !
