No tailgate. New hood trim and emblem and odds and ends. Stock frame and strait axle..still rides like a truck! Drum brakes with newer shoes, hoses / lines and wheel cyliders (rear drivers side needs adjusting), the interior needs a little work, door glass is plexiglass. This is a nice weekend / car show crusier that you can still use as a truck to haul stuff. Would make a great shop truck. I bought it off the guy who built it and it was put together in the mid 80's. Could use a tune up. The paint is about 5 years old or so. Make an offer. Trades possible, might trade for the right vintage boat or 1963 Impala 2 door. thanks for looking. -Eric
