Does anyone know if a 1949 Ford Car Dash will fit into a 1951 Mercury Car? Thanks

The bodies and chassis of these cars are almost entirely unrelated to each other...except for most of the engine not only are the parts different, they are often completely different in design.

Thank you very much guys, I am new and learning about my Merc. The Ford has some similarities but not as much as I thought and the parts seem more plentiful. Thanks again

I do believe that 49-51 Mercs and Lincolns are the same... thats what most of my research points to.. but I could be wrong

  6. I have thought about this dash swap too, are you gonna buy one and try it?
