I have A Chopped 1949 Mercury sitting on a 70's gm chassis. She has a Built 455 olds motor with a turbo 400. This motor will roast the tires right off the rims. Transmission was just rebuilt by a professional shop. Brand new Accuair leveling air ride. Brand new Tires. Brand new front disk brake rotors, Brakes have completely been gone thru. Brakes will throw you thru the front window she stops that well. She was Professionally painted a month ago. The paint is a solid lite green. Body is super straight. Gaps are perfect. A few flaws, but looks amazing.( 2 little chips buy the hood.) Headlights Frenched, stock tail lights lowered, Desoto grill, gas tank filler in the trunk, steel fender skirts, Chop was done by Matt Townsend of Townsend customs and Hotrods. Hands Down one of the best chops I've ever seen on a merc. The flow and proportions are perfect. The window trim was made from brass, then show chromed. All of the stainless on the car was fully polished. All glass is in the car. The passenger door and rear quarter window glass is cracked due to improper installation. She will need interior redone. The front seats are 66 impala buckets, original real seat. I have door panels that are red that match the rear seat. I have all headliner bows. the whole car is dynomatted. will need the trunk latch installed. Shes not perfect yet but not far off. All the hard work is done. This car has been driving all over the California before painted. She Cruises down the road perfect. I have way too many projects and cars, Need to make room!!! You couldn't build this car for my buy it now price,, I can send more pics, videos, and info.. And yes that is Shaquille Oneal in the merc. at 7 foot tall he had tons of room.
