  18. Every time I see a post from you guys over in Europe I am amazed that there were cars over here from our neck of the woods . They always seem to be in fairly good condition. Looks good all the same , thanks for posting Andy...

Yes most cars here is pretty good.
This one was rusty in the floor pans and rear rockers but I replaced them this winter. Body is almost free from rust and has not been welded. Will drive like this this year and later I will fix it real nice little by little. Thanks!

  21. That looks like a nice clean start from point 50 Buick . Plans to drive it as is or some slight modifications ? Or major perhaps ?

    Thanks.

It's my daily driver right now, except this last week when it's been 100 degrees outside!

I've got a lot of work planned for the car. I'm in the process of redoing the complete drive line. I am going bag/slam it, paint it, rechrome and redo the interior.

All in good time, and as my bank account recovers from each hit. Fortunately for me, my son is a mechanic with his own shop, so I will save tons the drive line and suspension work.

By the way...great thread on your project!

My 49 Sedanette. It has a 455 Buick with TH400 and ten bolt Gm rear. I'm finishing up a 4 bar rear suspension upgrade right now.

If you look closely, you will see that the paint is peeling off in sheets around the C pillar. These photos make it look a lot nicer than it is but it's a cool driver.
