Old gasser saved from extinction and redone with all fresh mechanical systems. Small block Chevrolet (350/350) with 1948 Mercury banjo rear-end (3.54:1). Front end is a narrowed 6" drop Pete and Jake's, all brand new wheel cylinders, shoes, dual master cylinder, fresh drums and lines at all four corners. Body is all steel including rear fenders and nose, front fenders are fiberglass. The top is chopped and the original full cage is intact, the interior has white Naugahyde buckets and full modern gauges. There is no interior upholstery, just as was as a gasser. Fat radials in back with skinnies in front. All body panels are rust free, rock solid and the basic bodywork is complete. The steering box is a fresh 1965 Mustang unit.
