I want to thank you all for the info on my questions, but I needed to ask again about replacing the brakes on my stock front end of my 47 Ford sedan , I was told that I could use a F100 front shoes and seals to get some better stopping power, and these could be ordered from either Summit Racing or another supplier, thank you for your time on this.

  2. If your going to the F100 set-up you need the whole thing, backing plates, shoes, hardware, drums and hubs.

  3. If it was me I would just buy the reproduction Lincoln brakes from someone like Richard Lacy at [email protected] (mail), earlyv8garage.net (web site), (626) 338-2282, (855) 268-0325. You should add your general location to your profile, there maybe someone closer.
