Technical 1941 - 1948 Chevy Car frames

Can someone please confirm that all 1941 - 1948 Chevy cars have the same frame under them? will a later frame work under a 1941?

Same part number in the 1954 catalog (41-48). Convertibles used a different frame but also same 41-48.

I just sold my spare 41 Chevy frame and there is a world of difference between the 41 frame and my 48 Chevy frame. My 41 was a complete chassis from engine to rear of frame.
