That seems like a good deal. Dad put a wood dash in his, too-probably because there weren't other options back when he bought his in '68. Other than that, he kept most things original.
Update: we had a guy interested in the 40 Merc. He put a deposit down and was suppose to come June 15th to pick the car up. He's a member on here. We've tried calling him and texted him numerous times.
