Janne, is this car already being built right now... or is it just in the planning stage?

40 Fords are hard to chop without looking too boxy. Love your concept drawing,
The top sure flows good with the back fenders and I love the interior..Kan't wait
to see it come to life.

Another great job with the design.

    Happy Trails,

    Mick

ZED built this HT out of an old 1/25 scale AMT kit.. I know its a model kit. But it shows how good it can look. And with the stainless or chrome) side windows it will look so classy.

And for all the "dont chop a 1940 Ford Coupe" people out there...
Go built another 32 Ford and leave the fat fendered cars for us Custom car guys!

Here is Zed's model compared with a stock one.... I know which one I like better... Zeds kustom looks so good. And the 1/1 version based on Janne's design will look so fine!

It' s being built at this moment. Chopped and rear fenders extended, but still a lot of work.

Obviously if the proverbial cat is being led out of the proverbial bag, which it has been, we'll be seeing some sort of real life pictures of the real thing real soon... and you say the chop is DONE? I've only waited 5 minutes and I can't wait any longer to see the real thing...

Beautiful artwork. Beautiful car. What's not to love?

I'll take the former for my living room wall, and the latter in my garage. Just let me get a lottery ticket, first!

I love the concept!! The illustration is just superb!
Zeds model is fantastic as well, (Not that you would get anything other than perfection from Zed!) his work inspired me to give it a try. Sadly I am nowhere near as good as Zed.......
There is still a long way to go, its just got a coat off primer to show up the body work that needs doing.:(

And then there was this one, it is long gone now.:(

Typically I don't like messing with a '40, but this looks good. I like it.

  22. In 1958 my pals and I did a similer thing using a 41 coupe . used convertable doors.
    great looking art.

Your comments are fantastic! Now, do you think you could say totally different things instead, and hit delete instead of submit?
