Can someone tell me if a '40/'41 Plymouth coupe seat interchanges with a 2DR sedan? Talking front seat here if it is not obvious. I am assuming that these are the only two body styles that are hinged for rear access? Yeah, I am looking for a coupe seat.

There are likely 2 different seats for the coupes with one having a split back for rear access like the 2door sedans and the other with a solid back.
They interchange in Fords and most likely in Plymouth etc as well.

I think they're the same. It would have a split back for the coupe also, to access the spare tire, and the trap door into the trunk. I have a 1940 Parts Book at home, I could check for you to see if it shows anything about the seat. I remember removing mine, and pitching it out, 30+ years ago. Man, it weighed a ton! But I thought the '64 GTO buckets looked so good in there.
