1939 chevy truck

anyone know if a windshield frame from a 40-46 chevy truck will fit a 39 chevy truck?

 

According to the parts book the frames are the same for 39-early-47 Chevy/GMC pickups.

 

Hey firmebombacruiser51merc, Are those both Chevy's or is one a GMC in your avatar? Just curious because my dad has a collection of '39 GMC's (pickup's, panel's, suburban's, COE's) and you sure don't see many/any of them around. It would be cool to know there's one right here in Riverside!!

 

yep they both chevys i sold the black a few months ago it was a 39 and the gray one is a 40

 

yes, the windshield is the same through 46, early 47.

 

gmc truck windshields '39-'46 fit also.
