Technical 1938 Ford blind spot(inside) mirror

My 38 has a blind spot when I want to change lanes to the right.. I really didn't want to put another clip on mirror on the passenger side so I installed an inside "convex" mirror to see around the blind spot.. It works great and I'm not afraid to change lanes now... An added benefit is a great conversation piece....**clic pic**

 

That's one way to do it! Don't recall having ever seen that before

 

That is a hell of a good idea!! where did you find that? That would be just the ticket for my 39 tudor as it seems like its all a blind spot on that thing.

 

Swap meet last weekend.. I saw one once before and thought it would work for my 38...

 

Passenger would catch Hell trying to sneak and pick a Booger.....

 

Interesting solution. There definitely is a blindspot, but I just use the swivel between my head and shoulders while trying not to run into the guy in front of me.

 

Nice looking wood graining on the dash and garnishes. Care to share info on that?

 

Halfdozen, it's and original body, paint and interior that took a 52 year snooze before I rescued it...
