    I charge an hourly rate,$67 p/h. I give a ball park estimate on the time i think the project will take.I estimated it would take me 4 weeks to complete this project from the time started (Jan 9 2012).To date i have the whole front end mocked up/bolted in place.

    Up to date pics of truck mocked up.Other pics show customization of inner panel to fender to add strength and a platform to build the housing for the hood side panel which was originally hinged to the hood.In the last pic Pepsi bottling company owner stopped by to see progress.

    First part of location pin housing to LH hood side.Flange slotted into safe edge,and then will be spot welded together.

    Anyone interested in the time taken to this stage ,from Jan 10th to Jan 26th 191.75 hrs

    I think for some people following this thread, and seeing update pics every day, it may seem like it is not as long of a process that it actually is.
    Like anything, Quality takes time.

    You have come along way with your shop, since asking about hot rod and custom shops in the denver area. Very nice work.
     

  23. Not to mention the toll that kind of work can take on your body after years of doing it. Beautiful work by the way and your worth every penny. My joints ache just looking at the photos !

    This is really cool, my dad just retired from Pepsi Co.after 42 Years with the company!!
