Just came across something I had hand printed in 1995 when I first bought the car.
No, it's not Doug Cook. Shows previous owners. 38 Willys previous owners.jpg
I bought it from Mike Mahoney,

    A real Willys nut, had the front end in the living room for quite a while;
needed room in the garage. The neighbors must have thought I was pretty strange.

The tree skirt around the bumper area is great. Love the Christmas display.

Ha! The wife did that, I hooked up the headlights.
So you've got one of my favorite cars 65 Mopar, cool!
    Like to see it...

    Nice cars!
Jealous, always liked those Mopars. Keystone mags?
A local fella and his family all have Mopars, here's a few shots of them.
    He also has this really cool 426 Hemi powered 32 Ford, not to mention a dragster [ Edgecombe bros 3.jpg Edgecombe bros 1.jpg Edgecombe bros 2.jpg Edgecombe 32 6.jpg Edgecombe 32 1.jpg Edgecombe 32 2.jpg Edgecombe 32 3.jpg Edgecombe 32 4.jpg Edgecombe 32 5.jpg not shown],

    A couple observations...

    1. That '32 five window looks like she would be a handful to drive with that elephant motor in there...

    2. I love the fact that the 5 window looks like it actually gets driven and it not a museum piece or a trailer queen...

    Mick, thanks for sharing.

Wow. Nice cars love that 65. The Coronet is a nice car and that 32 has to be fun to drive. Thanks.

Steve and 65pacecar, the 32 runs on alcohol.
Has large jets and a large fuel cell, no doubt a handful to drive.
This year Satellite is my favorite Mopars, especially in black.
They also have this track t, check out the engine, just not my thing, Edgecombe bros 4.jpg Edgecombe bros 5.jpg

A woman we met in St. Louis in 1999, Kari from Nebraska, asked f we knew anything about this car being that we are from California.
Eric bought it from Bill Comstock and it's registered in 1963.
    Anybody recognize the car?
    Thanks,

Came across some more pictures, here's some of modifying the headers.
Bought some fenderwell headers from Mike Nordahl, good quality but with my 10% engine setback
Choke had to heat them up and use a come along to get them away from the fenders.

I previously showed a few shots of the coupe front end in the living room at Christmas,
so here's a Thanksgiving pumpkin pie for Willys lovers, might as well get the silly crap out of the way.

Had an office/laundry room between the kitchen and the garage.
Thought I'd install a window at first then realized how much fun a sledgehammer can be.

Maybe I should have elaborated, I took the entire room out.
    Happy Friday,

I had a headliner installed a while back; the front portion came out fine but
the rear portion didn't so I removed it.
I'll have a round two one of these days. Headliner 001.jpg
