    This was with the Blue Paint job and I would guess 1965-67. Notice at this stage it said Portuguese Man of War on the door.

    This car is now owned by Ron Norman who also has the BeeLine willys and both of Jack Merkel's cars.

    Close but no cigar, the Ron Norman car is a replica of the Airoso Brothers car built with Joe Airoso's permission. It's nice to get some conversations going on this thread. Also it's amazing the history that the Ron Norman cars have. Most of them are the real deal original Gassers either unrestored or restored exactly back to the way that they were.

    Did not know that el I know that he races that car and my friend got a chance to drive it at the Meltdown drags. It's good to get the real facts out there.
