  2. Sorry maybe I don't understand but you are changing the gloss painted car in your avatar into the flat black with red wheels car you are showing here?

My car was painted house of color magenta, very poorly I changed it to satin black with the fenders and running board painted house of color burgundy wine candy. The car body then received a white gold leafed strip along the belt line.
The wheels will be changed, they are to wide and need to be black.

  6. Can't say I am a fan of the suede body gloss fender look but hey it's not my car:). Looks like the work you are doing is top notch. I think it would have been over the top had you done the whole car in the burgandy candy.

Thanks K13 this is my first try with a 30's car and I'm shooting for a early mild
custom vibe. The car was purchased from Canada by the way. Here one more pic.

saw this fuckin sweet 38 (i thinK) yesterday at the warbirds and wheels museum in Wanaka, New Zealand, I usually fiend for wide whites but actually think all black everything works pretty good on this one.

hmmm, how did I miss this?

One of my favorites. I love a good running V12...just like a sewing machine. I get a big kick out of a working Columbia two speed.

But like everything else I have, it is for sale. For the right price.

over-priced? When there are so few left, how do you determine if one is over-priced?

My friend has a 42, been on the road about 8 years. It' s won Goodguy pics at Indy and Chicagoland couple of years ago and photo in Gazette. From what I understand only 5or 6 known to exist, turned down $65 K.

I guess over priced would be more than i could give or would give.I always heard somthing is worth what someone will give.

Hell Zephyr projects are still damn exspensive, especially if your trying to score a
37-9.. theres the two peaches on ebay....

  21. The green 1936 2 door sedan seen here is the one I rebuild the engine 15 years ago or so before the car went to the Ford museum all I can say is I am proud to have build this engine and helping install it in the car for Roy Thorson of Green Valley Arizona previous owner.

Really? The 37-39's seem to be the most desirable but then again I kinda like the 42's myself. The 40-41 is a very nice car and still very hard to find unmolested. Keep the faith and hunt down every lead you never know what you might find out there.
