1936 chevy truck?

Hi all,
Would this have been the correct style body tag for a 1936 Chevy low cab?

 

Looks just like the one on my '38 Chevy pickup. Only yours is in much better condition.

 

That is similar to the one on my '34 as well.

 

FWIW, Filling station sells repop tags unstamped.

 

Thanks for the info. For anyone else looking as Tug said the Filling Station has repops. They also have some of the most in depth info regarding the correct body tag for different years and decoding the id#. Thanks again Tug

The tag is correct except the "Superior K" designates a 1926 Chevy Truck. The 1936 Chevy trucks will say "Master" where that one says "Superior K".
