    City: Sheldahl

    State: Iowa
    Price: 19,500
Rebuilt early 90s Hot Rod Survivor for the small person.
Short cab, NOT for big & tall folks.

This is a solid, dependable driver, not a trailer-queen, nor bright, shiny object. And this ain’t no steenkin’ rat-rod! Road-tested and thumbs-up cool for every cruise.

Steel body, hood, grille, hand-made bed, running boards.
Fiberglass fenders. wood board and metal-strips bed floor. Button snap-on bed cover.
Mustang II front susp., manual rack, Southern Rods tubular upper arms, new bushings, ball joints, front and rear shocks. New Borgeson U-joints, D-D shaft, 1978 Malibu tilt steering column, 10-bolt rear end, wiring harness (now partial with new segments).
    ARE TorqueThrust-D 6- & 7-inch wheels, Hancook Optimo H724 radial tires 185-65R15, P235-75R15.
1967 Chevrolet 283 bored .060” new pistons, 1.94 heads, Edelbrock Performer cam and kit, Edelbrock Performer intake, 600 cfm carb, new fuel pump, Stewart water pump, new billet distributor, Corvette finned valve covers and finned aluminum air cleaner. Build by Kent Davenport at Karl Performance, Ankeny, IA. Walker radiator, external trans cooler. GM cast center-dump exhaust, new Walker mufflers.
    Advance Transmission Street/Strip TH350, stock converter, v.firm 1-2, firm 2-3 shift.
New Interstate battery, VDO Vision gauges incl. clock, electric speedo, steel dash modified for defroster vents and to relocate gauges from center to driver-side. Newport 2-speed electric wipers, Vintage Air mini-heater-defroster, A/C (A/C not hooked up).
Dakota Digital cruise control, not yet operational. Hushmat installed in roof, cowl, firewall, floor and some of rear panel.

Still needs some door seals, window channels. Passenger door glass cracked. Needs headliner and seat work. Currently has Fiero seat back on driver-side (I have bad back and arthritis), no back on pass. Bench-back not installed but included. Locking door handles. Tow-hitch on rear, not wired. A few rubber and extra parts included.

Driven over 10,000 miles this season (last 7,500 on new engine/trans) to many cruise nights and car shows, including Back to the Fifties in St. Paul, MN., Hot Rod Power Tour to Davenport and Champaign, IL., Good Guys Colorado Springs, CO., and Good Guys Scottsdale, AZ.
I will remove windshield stickers and dash plaques and club plaque when sold.

    PRICE: $19,500. Cash only.
I choose to sell the pickup at this time so I can raise more cash for my final hot rod project and focus on that work. Don’t need it gone, but will sell it if someone else likes it like I do. If you’re not close on this price, you don’t want it, so move along. Peace.

Must come drive it, due to tight fit of cab. Be sure you can. Cash only.
