How are you guys running exhaust on a 1934 Ford five window. My master and booster are in the way going to the back ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1401212349.130027.jpg

You have a problem that is common when wanting to keep the exhaust pipes above the frame rails. I notched the rails on the bottom for clearance which did the job but didn't look that great. I also ran the pipe (2") inside the rail by the transmission. I opened up the X-member to accommodate the pipe. I am doing another one right now with a tube X-member which makes the job easier. Bruce's Rod Shop on here has some photos of how he does the exhaust on 34's.
