1934 Ford Disc brakes

Anyone aware of a kit to put disc on 34 Ford spindles? Any other ideas......I know some of you don't like disc, but ......

This may get you close- not sure how different the 37 spindles are from the 34 spindles. Might just be a slight bracket modification

Yes they are different but this will help. I will work on it and see what I can do. Thanks
