    Hey all,

I have a 33 ford with a 4 cyl 90hp engine. I start the truck up and it runs fine with a little smoke from burning oil.

I took it for a drive to the gas station which is about 1/2 mile away. I let it idle for 10-15 minutes and then get in it to drive it in about 1/8 mile it acts like it is out of gas. Large power loss happens so I start to pull over to the side and when I do the power comes back in so I get back on the road and then it dies altogether.

I saw a guy the other day said to not use ethynol fuel in it. He said go to the marine gas station cause they dont use ethynol. Any ideas on what may be causing this?
