building a old school traditional hot rod pick up /original frame . wanted to use other year parts on it .
was thinking of a 35-36 steering wheel ,column ,ect.. how compatable is it ? any suggestions for any other years ?
    thanks

  2. You might want to look at the F100 pickup steering from the early 50's. I think you will find the 1935-6 steering is cross steering which I would try to avoid. If I went cross steering I would go 1937 and up as it is a much better design.

Final thought, why don't you keep the '33, the '35-'36 would be only a minor improvement.
