Technical 1933 ford original inner fender question

PLEASE tell me again does the ovel hole for the headlight wire indicate that it is a 33 ford inner fender or is it the round hole. sorry I lost the pics that were sent to me by a fellow hamber years back. humbly john!

 

The hole isn't for the wire. It's for the fender brace support brace. The best way to determine is the total swoopy ones are 34, while the ones with a bulge are 33.

Sorry Dave,you have them labeled backwards, the red one is 34 and the black one is 33.

from what i've heard, there are 7 different stampings for those things

 

I welded all those holes shut so I am no help.

I have a 34 cabriolet that still has some original paint and mine have the oval slotted hole.

 

The photos I posted are labeled correctly
