K.S.'s 1933 Willys in 1965...This was probably K.S.'s best car... From what Dave Hales has told me, this was K.S.'s favorite Willys. I'm still looking for a steel 33 to do a re-pop of this car...

Absolute classic shot of K.S. running the Maz 40..!

This is one of K.S.'s later cars... The last time I heard it was in the NHRA museum..

Bob and Donna Clayton's 33 Willys... This was another "Later" K.S. car. Bob and Donna were very good friends of K.S. I'm happy to be able to call them friends as well...!

Some more photos of Ohio George's.... George was one of the big four Gasser's back in the day. I got the chance to be friends with George the last couple of years... I really enjoy every conversation I have with him!

A neat shot of Ohio George racing K.S...... BOTH were heros to me, but since my Dad had a friendship with K.S. ..he was my favorite..lol When I showed K.S. this pic, he said George must have red lighted..! lol

Another cool looking gasser....I always "thought" that the Altizer on the side of the door was Gene Altizer......but it wasn't.... Still a very cool looking gasser!

I've always liked these but If I had one I think I would fill the spare tire dimple on the back.

Great batch of pics Rocky. The one with your dad's old car as "Pure Acid" in the background is great.

This black 33 owned by Art Gustafson is the old blue Del Rio & Carlson 33. I assume Art still owns.

  23. Rocky, et al: It's been a million years since I was on the Gas-FX group; what ever happened to Croweman's (I think that's the name) 33? I always liked the stance on it.

Gordon Crowe is who I think your talking about.... Gordon crashed the 33 at Beaver Springs a few years back....spent a couple of season rebuilding. The new version has run very quick... I "believe" he has run 8.20's (if I'm wrong I'm sure "Eddie" will let me know!)

Here's some recent shots of Gordon Crowe's new ride. He ran some strong numbers last year. I also believe I heard he ran an 8.28.
