This thread is dedicated to 1933-1934 Plymouth and Dodge cars and 1933-early 1935 Dodge trucks. Pictures, projects, etc.

Here's my project I'm collecting parts for. I also have a pickup cab and parts. Screenshot_20180204-222159.png Screenshot_20180204-222138.png

I've been following that build, along with the one from jonny sparkle and a few others. Thought it'd be nice to have a thread dedicated to the 33/34s since they're a lot fewer than the Ford brethren. Although I have to say I now feel that these mopars are just as beautiful as any of the other makes for 33/34. I think the reason they're not more popular is because Ford flat out outproduced them, making parts fewer and harder to find, and because the mopars just didn't have the aftermarket support like Ford did. Only lately have I started seeing more aftermarket support for all early mopars.

scott52: 2 years since your first post - How is your search for parts and build going?

This is my '34 that I have owned since 1974.

    That's beautiful John! Wow!

It's slow going. I've since picked up a nice grill, a couple pickup cabs, and some other parts.

Still need a seat, deck lid and hood for the coupe. Pickups I need a 33 hood, chassis and seat. (X2) Hoping to get something started this year with getting the coupe chassis completed so I can get the body on.

These suicide door pickups are up there as far as being some of the most beautiful pickups made.
