1932 Studebaker Dash insert??

I believe this is a 1932 Studebaker dash insert, please correct me if I'm wrong.

It comes with curved glass gauges. The gauges looks good but not sure sure if they are in working condition.
The insert has some rust in one corner. Would be great for the "barn find" or patina hot rod.

Asking $1500 but don't really have a clue what they are worth so don't be shy to throw an offer out there.
