I like it...sleek and simple with no doodads to steal your eye.
looks gorgeous dude! cant wait to see it next weekend.... you should be very proud of this accomplishment!
Looks GREAT !
amazing work, just spent the last hour reading up on this build.
You sure make it look easy Cory. Very cool.
It's just so damn cool, watching that thing come up it looks so lean and mean!
What headlights will you be using, Cory? I'm a big fan of the Twolites myself, mounted as low as possible.
Great work, as always! Keep it coming, as we can't get enough of it!
Something about the "simple" look of a traditional roadster that really lights the fire! Really nice job with this one!
Hope the Mistifits will be seeing this one in KC sometime soon.
Perfection on wheels.
Get that e-brake working yet?
I just need to install the cables, but yes, it does function right now.
I'm running some 682-C headlights, and the tops are below the top of the front tires.
I tried to look back at the original posts but what are those rear wheels? New?
Also, almost a shame you have to put a windshield on. Looks like it's ready for Harper Dry Lake!!!
mmm...black on black
The rears are Rally America's 18x5 1/2" wheel (basically a '40 enlarged to an 18" and keeping the proportions. The fronts are original '40s.
I do like the look of it now without the windshield, but I can't wait for that and the top to go on later.
Great Build!... Can't wait to see it in Detroit this weekend.
That thing just makes your heart go 'pitter-pat'. It is about as good as it gets right there!
Here are the last ones before Autorama this weekend.....it looks good down on the ground.

Beautiful car. I dig it sans windshield and headlights.
